Dr. Wright was pleasant enough as he informed me about the condition of my ankle (which I already knew), and then proceeded to inform me that he doesn't do these types of repairs anymore and he would be referring me to an Orthopedic Surgeon in Olympia. So, why couldn't that information been relayed to me by phone? Why did I have to bundle up in the snow, hobble out to the car on my crutches, get a ride to the office, hobble in, take off the boot, and all those steps in reverse when I was done, when a phone call would have sufficed. And, to top it all off, he would not renew, for even a stop-gap amount, my pain meds until I can see the OS in a week. What a complete and utter waste of my time and energy... but I bet his billing will go through just dandy, while I sit here and wait in pain.

I brought my autistic client (18), to Dr. Wright. Everyone in the office treated us well, speaking directly to my client and not down to him (or ignoring him). Dr. Wright is straightforward and professional. He explains enough without droning on and on. I highly recommend.

Dr Wright was very informative about my surgery. He was very clear when explaining the procedure and outcome. My surgery scar looks great with nice small stitches in a straight line. I am impressed. He is an excellent surgeon with a caring nature. I am fortunate to be under his care. His medical assistant "Erin" is terrific as well. ~Angela Bonds

I'm a young adult visiting this office, I felt like it was like walking into the 90s. Paper work and office method is so outdated. Greeted with attitude as soon as you walk in. When I thought the medical assistant was here to save me, she then hammered me with all the things I filled out wrong on the paperwork. Very cold and rude office. Including Dr. Wright, who examined me and basically made me feel like I was wasting his time with my complaints about pain. Stay clear folks!
