Fantastic Listener
I saw Dr. Zhang after seeing 2 previous Neurologists who were not helping my condition. Dr. Zhang was the the best decision. He was able to get me off one of the medications my previous neurologist prescribed that was causing more issues than helping. My condition is now being managed effectively. Scheduling follow ups has been a breeze and the office environment is so welcoming.

Very disappointed
Do not go to this Doctor for Neuropathy. He seems not to understand your issues. He gave me a web address for treatment, and told me to come back in 6 months. I definitely do not recommend this Doctor.

Well let’s see, my Dr. has sent 2 referrals and I’ve left 3 messages. Referrals were sent on 9/7/22. It’s now 10/21/22 and have yet to receive a call so I’m going to say this place is awful. I’d give it a 0 but there isn’t one!!!

Friendly fellow, never got results on EEG (8 weeks now). did 5 day in home continuous EEG. Paid $$$$ out of pocket as well as what insurance paid. Can only assume that I am normal as I have had zero contact since initial visit Primary physician cannot access info or report as well. Guess I fell through the cracks. Just waiting to see if I ever hear from him at this point. sigh....

Dr. Zhang misdiagnosed me, questioned the fact that I got a second opinion from outside of the United States, refused to run tests to confirm the second opinion, and when he finally ran them (3 months later), he never picked up the results from Mayo. Another 5 months went by and I was trying to get my records from his office. I realized the Mayo results were not in my chart. Once I finally found them, they were POSITIVE. Suddenly his office was all over trying to get me in asap...

While I consider Dr. Zhang an excellent physician / Neurologist, it is his support staff (specifically billing) that gives their practice the black eye. Appointments are often re-scheduled at their whim, statements are frequently sent out late - resulting in me receiving them after the official due date. Their online payment system will only accept payments for the full amount due and don't be surprised if one of their eager staff turns you over to collections, when they shouldn't.

Drs office employees are some of the rudest, most inconsiderate people(and some of them are great, to be fair). If you need a neurologist do NOT go to Indiana Neuroscience Associates. They do not return your phone calls. They make it extremely difficult to get a question answered, or even get an appointment. After having a seizure last week I was told at the ER to contact my neurologist immediately to make a follow-up appointment, and get a release to return to work. I called them the same day
