My experiences at this facility have always been good. All staff have very good customer service training. They are all very cordial, polite, professional and pay attention to your well-being. The staff looks happy to be working there. They are always very nice and polite over the phone as well.

Inattentive to my prostate cancer concerns.
I had one 'annual' PSA test in Oct 2017 which showed my PSA was elevated. No further PSA tests were done. I mentioned 4 years later that I might be experiencing some symptoms that might be prostate related and asked if I should be getting tested again.Her response was, 'yes, we'll do that on your NEXT visit, which put it out another year.On that test, my PSA had more than tripled.I just wish she had been a little more attentive and proactive. My cancer could have been caught alot earlier which would have given me better treatment options and possibly a better outcome.

Flippant attitude
I agree she doesn't listen very well, I brought that up and things improved. a typical appointment you will get your issues covered, often you have to nudge her into that.She's pretty detached and makes a lot of flippant remarks, and I do wonder a times if she cares enough. crucial decisons she's been good at, I just don't get it, those of us who suffer need someone who is involved in all of our health. I ususlly come away from my appointment perplexed feeling like she thinks I am making things up and wasting her time. if it wasn't so hard to get a doctor , with the shortage of them, I would have tried a different doctor, for now I am makng it work, this seems to be the norm here in the Willamette valley, my question to Legacy is why????

NO STARS. Don’t see this Doc!
I agree with the other review. Horrible doctor. Does not listen, and comes across as argumentative. Actually, changed my chart regarding medications prescribed by my cardiologist and suggested her own opinion about what I should take. No respect for the patient, what-so-ever
