Dr Chin, squeezed me in this was my first visit she was very thorough and took the time to answer my questions and explain what was going. Thankfully nothing serious is wrong and I left feeling thankful and grateful I highly recommend this office and Doctor. In an age when doctors are pressured to see more patients, fill out more forms and learn new technologies, it is gratifying to find a medical professional like Dr. Chin. Somehow, she manages to cheerfully provide her patients with compassionate, skillful, first-rate care despite endless demands upon her time. For many years, she has managed to catch all of my pre-cancerous lesions before they converted to the basal cell and squamous cell cancers that run in my family. Only when Covid kept me from regular visits to Dr. Chin did a couple of these lesions convert to cancer and then she was quick to recommend an excellent MOHs surgeon for one lesion that could have been disfiguring. I feel fortunate to have found such a kind and talented dermatologist.

I have seen Dr. Chin for years through normal skin checks and abnormal issues. I find her to be very bright and personable. Office music is classical, what's not to like? Her academic background/training is unparalleled. She is a great choice in the northwest suburbs.

I had a bad experience with Dr Chin and Forefront Dermatology. I wanted a specific cosmetic procedure and called Dr Chin's office to inquire about having it done. The office staff assured me Dr Chin does that procedure. However, after taking time off from work and driving an hour to the appointment, Dr Chin said she DOES NOT do that procedure and referred me to another physician! Note that I regularly receive advertisements for the procedure I wanted from the physician Dr Chin referred me to and could have easily made an appointment with them directly. I did not need her "referral" for a simple cosmetic procedure. The worst part is that Forefront billed me $300 and refuses to acknowledge their staff's complicity in the error, despite numerous letters and phone calls. Dr Chin may be a good physician but Forefront Dermatology is a bad company and I would check my bill very carefully.

Dr. Chin and associates have always been attentive and professional in all my visits. Questions answered and treatments effectively administered. Highly recommend.
