She cleaned the wax in my ears. What about the jaw discomfort I came in for? Take pain killer was the treatment I got. Never even examined my jaw. Never again

I wish I would have read her other bad reviews before scheduling an appointment. I asked if procedure was safe and she rudely snapped that she does it all day. Barely looked in my ears afterwards and couldn't leave the room fast enough. Talk about lack of compassion... wow.

I saw Dr. Flohr for a sinus infection. She looked at the 2 sentence CT report, looked up my nose, and said there was nothing wrong. I was in her office for 5 minutes maximum. I was charged $866.00 for this visit. I called to try to discuss the charges and received very rude comments from the billing woman.

After waiting 1.5 hours after my scheduled time with my 3 children I finally left the clinic without being seen. There was no accountability for the delay, nobody kept me updated, on the three separate occasions I asked for an update I was told It’d be only 5 to 10 more minutes. When I finally left my exam room my phone Dr.Flohr was at the nurses station having casual conversation. No professionalism at all.

Presented with an ear infection and swollen glands after a profound episode of vertigo. Told Dr. Flohr that my GP said he could see fluid in my ear and she snorted and said "No he can't!". I told her I could FEEL fluid in my ear and was she going to stand there and tell me I couldn't?? Dr. Flohr refused my request for an antibiotic, tried to convince me there was no swelling and only seemed interested in sending me out for a hearing test! Three months later I end up at an Urgency Room before xmas. I have a massive bacterial infection and possible mastoiditis. Five courses of oral antibiotics later and I'm still not well. A $20 antibiotic at the time would have been cheaper than the thousands I've now spent and the degraded quality of life I've suffered. Avoid her like the plague because that's what you might end up with...

Midwest ENT was extremely accommodating and caring. The admins and nurses were amazing; and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Flohr. I wish she could be my primary care doctor! She is just that wonderful.

She is a superb doctor. She is very personable, conveys caring, listens, and explains what she is going to do before she does it.

This was my first visit with Dr. Flohr. She was very thorough with her questions and answers to my questions. Overall very comfortable setting.

Dr. Flohr is very friendly/knowledgeable. The only issue is the wait time. The 3 visit's we have had, we have waited well past 30 minutes in the waiting room past out appointment time to be called back, and then about 15 minutes or more to see the doctor.

First time seeing Dr Flohr today and I would recommend her, open and listens to patients! Direct and communicates. I appreciate her sense of humor! Thank You!

My experience with Dr. Flohr has been excellent! I have seen her for nose and throat issues and she performed surgery on my nose to correct a deviated septum and clean out a sinus that was plugged for years. I could not be happier with the results. I can breathe so much easier, as she said would happen, and have not had recurring sinus infections since. Dr. Flohr is very professional, yet is caring and takes time with you so you understand everything. I highly recommend her!

Was going to have an elective procedure, she explained everything thoroughly and was patient with questions from me and my family. Still recovering but going flawless, wasn't led astray about what to expect at all.
