I have only been with Dr. Yong about two years, but I absolutely love her. She is always willing to take time to explain any concerns and how to better manage my health. There have been times when I have been the cause of her running behind because she did not just rush me through. Therefore, when she is a few minutes late with seeing me, I know another patient needed some additional time and that is perfectly fine with me. Healthcare should not be rushed. Her staff are just as great.

Terrible experience: she changed my appointment at the last minute, at great inconvenience. When I arrived at her office, the door was locked and I had to wait in the hall until 15 min. past my appt. time. She was without empathy, very unprofessional and did not seem to listen well. I had made a special trip to her office to deliver my medical file (my physician retired), yet it was obvious she had not even read any of it as she did not know I had cancer. Worst experience ever.
