Dr. Jamuna Arekapudi, MD

I was seen by Dr Jamuna Arekapudi at Barnes care 11501 page for a DOT physical. I was escorted into the room by a nurse who specifically told me to leave my boxers and Sox on. When Dr Arekapudi came in she told me to take them off. When I questioned her as to why the nurse just said to leave them on and your asking to take them off she became upset and asked who said that? I said the nurse who just walked me in. She said fine take off your socks. Was rude- the. Pended my DOT card for a non disqualifying med until my personal doctor can reevaluate me first. Nowhere on the intake forms sis I state any diagnosis or under the care of anyone. Just listed an old med that was not any med that would disqualify me. So in return she cost me money by forcing me to get my own evaluation at my cost and bring it back to her to un pend my dot card. She was reported immediately on 12/11/19
