Dr. Jan is exactly the kind of doctor I look for, he has the right balance of medical IQ and bedside manner. He is approachable, answers questions clearly and never made me feel like he had to rush off to the next patients on his list. I’ve seen many resident/ intern combos at TMC and Dr. Jay did a tremendous job of allowing his intern to share the role and not once did he try to make sure I knew who was whom in the pecking order. This speaks volumes about his character. Easy to recommend him!
