I could not make it a 0 which she deserves.
My Husband went to Dr. Williams several years ago. She does not care about her patient. If she did she would understand that things can be hard on a patient that has mental health issues and would work with them. Not just tell them she can no longer be their doctor because they missed three visits. When she done this to my Husband, he was destroyed. He could not find another Dr. that he trusted like her. Which she could go on with life like normal. He couldn’t. He tried new Drs but all they did was change his medicine around, decided he had schizophrenia and he was so depressed, he cried all the time. I would never recommend her to anyone. To be this type of doctor you should be caring and understanding with your patients. Clearly she was not. My Husband is no longer with us today.

Dr. Williams has been my psychiatrist for 10+ years. She has always been available, empathetic and compassionate; and her knowledge always up to date. As a physician myself, it is harder to find a provider who embodies the competence, thoroughness and helpfulness to a degree that makes one absolutely confident that one is receiving the finest, most competent treatment available. Dr. Willams, for me and my family, has well met that high standard of care and caring.

Dr. Williams failed to follow up with me after having a severe allergic reaction to medication. In fairness she left 1 voice mail and called in another prescription to counteract the side effects but was unreachable for further instructions. Didn't know if I should stop medication completely or split medication dosage in half. No follow up or contact from her until 5 days after episode. Would not recommend.

As a new patient, I called for an appointment. She is accepting new patients, but, if you are on more than two medications, she will not treat you. Not the best choice if you need intensive care.

On my first (and last) visit I told her antidepressants make my depression worse and she prescribed me an anti depressant anyways. She did nothing about my chief complaint which is anxiety. I would never recommend her to anyone and will not be going back

I have been seeing Dr. Williams since my mother's unexpected passing in 2011. I honestly have to say that I had tried a couple other doctors prior to Dr. Williams and they didn't work out. Dr. Williams listened and what struck me about her is that she would listen to me and her responses were always on point with what I have been dealing with. The medication she suggested has worked out great and to date I am still on the same medication and doing fabulous! I can't thank Dr. Williams enough.

Dr Williams herself listened very well and didn't over prescribe me which I was very appreciative of. However, being a full time student and working full time I missed a total of three appointments over more than a year span and without any notice or warning received a letter stating I was being discontinued from treatment. being in a precarious state of mind due to stress and medication changes by Dr. Williams and then being discarded does not seem like a Dr. Who cares about patients.
