Definitely Not !
She is the worst I've come across in 54 years & I wish that I hadn't ever had her as my PCM.

Dr.Houtz is receptive and responsive as a primary care provider. As an healthcare provider myself, I of course, have my own perspectives on how I'm feeling and what's contributing. My area of work is significantly different from outpatient. She is patient and responsive in allowing me to share my input and then moves on to teach/'adjust' my perspective with her years of knowledge in patient care. It is significant to have a care provider who doesn't belittle my perspective and remains and encourages my input in response to the information and avenue of care she's prescribing.

I will never refer or recommend this doctor to anyone. Terrible communication, if there is any communication at all. Doctor/Staff are more concerned on being called out for their lack of communication instead of patient care.
