Dr. McPherson reommended and works with quality hospice. My wife is on hospice with them. Good care for the most part but they advertise 24 hr on call . We called twice 8:00 and 9:00 left messages got no answer and no call back. This was the second time it had happened with this company. I called the next morning and they said they would call back. 3 days later nobdy has called back. Our visiting nurse did say when ask that the on call nurse said the calls didn't come through, my phone says diff
