Horrible. She may be an ok Doctor I do not know because she would not schedule any appointments in advance or give actual information via email. Surgery was as foregone conclusion when I met her in early March, but they would not schedule any appointments until the prior one was done. Meaning I was still not scheduled for surgery 2 months later. And told it would be 2 more months for an or date. In the meantime my tumor had grown significantly. I fired her team and contacted senior management for help. This is the only way I got an operation within 6 months. Run the other way if you actually want to be treated before your disease advances.

Dr. Méndez was very attentive to my medical record and made me feel at easy with all the explanations given. She understood my urgency to get an appointment for a biopsy and got it for 12/27, just after Christmas.
