Dr. Jane Peterson, MD

I would not recommend her at all. The most incompetent MD. Would not listen and formed her own opinion that was completely off base and incorrect.

I DO NOT recommend her at all. I am 22, have had health problems my entire life so I know my way around the medical environment. Throughout all my years with different doctors and nurses, this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. She was immediately rude upon entering the room, and here I was establishing care with her for the first time! She insisted on having me go through optional testing and was attempting to change the visit from something insurance covered to where I'd be billed. From the moment I declined, she was rude, and treated me with an annoyed tone. We quickly went through the list of things I'd like to talk about and she seemed upset with me the whole time. I needed a referral to talk with my doctors at Mayo and she refused to do so because it "technically" doesn't relate to my physical needs. In my personal opinion, I've never been treated so poorly by a medical professional in my life and would never recommend her even to my worst enemy. So. There's that.

She was very attentive to my concerns about my sore throat, and she gave a thorough work up to me while determining my diagnosis.
