Dr. Serio is very pleasant but sometimes rushes through the "standard" review questions. The new office sends you upstairs for blood work which is a bit uncomfortable.

Dr Janet Serio: She is excellent doctor, but the personal who has around is not not professional likes to argue I am talking the lady who answer the phone she On Thursday September 20th at 12.15 she acussed me to hung up the phone when I am in bad area with no good reception. She refuse to give her name is argue with me and was nasty. When they leave a message in my voice mail unfortunately never the identity who call, who is, just to say calling from doctor Serio is not enough to call

My mother is a patient of Dr. Serio. And, although very sweet and thorough, this physician, her staff and the communication between them is EXTREMELY lacking. My mother has been without her cholesterol meds for over three months because her staff have yet to return the calls of the Mail-order pharmacy or pass alongside the message that my mother is in need of said meds. This is sadly NOT the first time something like this has happened. Very disappointing. She is a very good doctor but ????

I was pleasantly surprised after my first appointment with Dr. Serio - she is very thorough, personable, approachable and actually kind. She asked about me as a person, not just me as a patient. She was encouraging and gave excellent referrals and advise. I highly recommend Dr. Serio.

I have been a patient of Dr. Serio's for the past 16 years. She is competent, compassionate and careful in her approach to her patients and their needs. She looks at and listens to her patients. ( not a computer) calls to check in and returns all calls herself. She explains everything in lay terms and has made excellent referrals when needed. I highly recommend Dr. Serio.
