Dr Sunoo is great. Practice is HORRIBLE!!
I love Dr Sunoo but the practice, Penta Health Internal Medicine of West Chester, is awful. They claim they offer same day appointments, but whenever you try to get one, they tell you to go to the walk-in clinic, which is supposed to be for simple, one-issue problems. Tried to get an appointment yesterday for an urgent problem. I was told it would be 6 weeks before I could see Dr Sunoo. I said I would see any doctor and they said they couldn’t do that, that I would have to go to the walk-in clinic the next day or wait until Jan 2 and then see Dr Sunoo. What a choice. I have been to the walk-in clinic before and it is a waste of time.

Dr. Sunoo takes her time with her patients. She explains her recomemndations on meds and tests but she also takes patient's preference into consideration. She also gets to know her better on an indiviudal basis. With the wonderful care she provides, she could run late with her appointments because she does not want to rush her patients. Even though it is not ideal to wait for an extended time at a doctor's office, I will accept is becaue what a good doctor she is.

I have been using Dr. Sunoo for about 10 years. She is a very attentive doctor and also willing to explain things in great detail when asked. Her office manner is quiet and efficient, yet usually exhibiting a caring presence. She is also usually very thorough. The only significant gripe is that very often you will have to wait in the examination room after the nurse has done the in initial workup for an excessive amount of time. On occasion, I have had to wait up to 15-30 minutes.

With every visit that I have had (both in person and telemedicine) her medical competence and compassion has been second to none. She took the time to listen and made sure I understood and was fully informed.

Dr. Sunoo is an excellent healthcare provider. She obviously cares about her patients and is willing to spend extra time with anyone who needs it. She has an amazing bedside manner and is willing to explain anything or answer any question. She is easy to talk to and makes getting quality care easy and comfortable. I usually have to wait a bit to see her but it is always worth it.

Dr. Sunoo always spen all the time needed! You may wait a few minutes, but you know why she's with another patient. She gives you answers and that's all I need. Most dance around what could be problem. Dr. Sunoo as well if needed sends to the best specialists, not always the closest ( friends) . Office helps with appointment with specialist as well.
