I was assigned to her by my insurance after my last doctor left her practice. I heard good things about her and after seeing Dr Williams in December I was happy. Three weeks ago I received a letter saying that Dr Williams is leaving at the end of April so my May appointment is cancelled. I call about getting two medications refilled before she leaves...nothing. I go to the pharmacy and ask them to contact...nothing. Sent a note, stopped in to the office, called again...nothing. Unbelievable!!!!!

Called to schedule my 1st appointment as she's "accepting new patients". First appointment was mid July - 7 weeks out. Although I would have like to try her as reviews were good and she's convenient, I need a doctor with a reasonable appointment schedule. The lady on the phone couldn't tell me if she was taking June off for vacation - just said that was her first available.
