Appreciate care received from Dr. janellin Smith and UCI resident including clear communication and friendly and efficient engagement. Regarding question on clean and sanitizing hands, I am sure the Dictor and Resident did so, but that may have been outside my view, or perhaps I didn't notice if they dud this in the room I was in. Therefore, I answered yes definitely to that question.

Great experience, as always, with Dr. Smith, her staff, and residents. As I've said in prior reviews, I drive from Oceanside all the way to Irvine (about 55ish miles) just to receive care from Dr. Smith and her amazing crew!

Both my wife and I are amazed by the care that I continually receive from UCI. I come all the way from China for my medical appointments. Beyond the world class care from the dermatology doctors, my wife and I always discuss the amazing organization and friendliness we receive from your staff. Even when I was receiving cancer therapy and recovering from painful surgeries, I always felt respected and special because of my interactions with the well trained and friendly team at UCI. We are both amazed how UCI is able to have competent staff that seem happy and energized by their work. Thanks so much to everyone for the way that they make me feel. It is truly remarkable to feel that way when struggling with poor health, and I cannot thank everyone involved in helping me through difficult times at UCI Health.

Dr. Smith is very nice as well as the staff. I was given the L.O.C. which is great. I am very high risk. I have had 6 melanomas and more than 25 basil or squamous cell cancers.
