Most caring and competent doctor
Dr Janet is one of the very best providers I have seen. She takes her time with the patient and answers all questions fully. My appointment was at 9am. They called me back at 8:55. Her assistant was very pleasant and competent. Dr Leon came in at 9:03 and spent a full 30 minutes asking me questions and answering mine. I couldn't be more pleased with her and the entire practice (and lab).

Dr. Leon is wonderful!
Dr. Leon always comes into the room and gives you her full attention and really listens to what you are saying and genuinely cares. I have never felt rushed in her office so she makes you feel like you are her most important patient.

I waited months for a visit specifically with a dr, they switch me to a NP without telling me, didn't call to confirm my appointment, but NP was out and needed to reschedule. Rescheduled with the Dr, didn't get a confirmation call, showed up early for my appointment, sat for 30 mins, then the staff come out and tell me dr switched to telehealth but I didn't confirm before appointment so it was canceled 10 minutes ago and now dr had other things to do- why not confirm while I was sitting in the waiting room in front of you! Said they called- they didn't. Office Manager makes me reveal health conditions IN WAITING ROOM so Dr can order tests for review when we reschedule. They make me wait another 50 mins, and want to run xrays that don't match what I've said, obviously no one reviewed my paperwork. I quietly say Im going somewhere else and they send me an unsigned letter trying to break up with me first. I need an organized office with honest staff, and doctor willing to see patients.

Dr. Leon went above and beyond in trying to help me. It is unlikely she is a specialty I need but she still took the time to help diagnose possible pulmonary hypertension. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking a physician who truly cares for her patients.
