My child is a patient there 10yrs I have family and friends who were patients of Dr James shen 20-30yrs ago and have always spoken highly of this practice . My child was being seen by Dr James Shen until he retired and he was FABULOUS just a GEM. As my child is currently a patient of both Dr Janet and Dr Platsman and I cannot say who I like more they are BOTH FABULOUS as well. If your a patient there they will always be available , you can call anytime and talk to the doctors which I love ! The answering service I have never waited long for a call back EVER! They both have wonderful bedside manner speak respectfully and I have always been able to ask anything and I never felt rushed . every single receptionist or assistant has been wonderful over the years both in person and by phone. Appts are flexible wait times are little to none. When my child is sick I have never doubted they would take him and see him as needed ! I travel from NJ with my child they are the best

Great Pediatrician
My 4 year old Daughter has been with Dr. Shen since she was a newborn. I honestly would hate to go anywhere else. This office is amazing. They will always take your calls or call you back immediately. Great with babies and children. 5 stars

Dr. Shen has taken care of my children for over 10 years. She is very caring and considerate as well as professional. She is readily available at any time and so glad that we found her.
