Very dismissive
My mother had complications shortly after her last discharge that caused the facility she went to for physical rehab to send her back to the ER. This doctor was very fast to dismiss her symptoms and, imo, obvious condition wanting to send her back to the facility that same night drop the ER. I heavily protested and got her admitted for observation. The next doctor immediately admitted her and now, a week plus later, she's still in the hospital because it was that serious. This doctor has a kind demeanor but needs to listen and take concerns more seriously. I can't imagine what would have happened to my mother if she'd been sent back and not admitted and treated.

I went to the emergency room because I could hardly walk and was in excruciating pain. I cried and begged Dr. Skrbin for an MRI because I knew something was wrong. I believed that my bulging disc had turned into a herniated disc and that was causing all the pain and trouble walking and expressed that to Dr. Skrbin. Dr. Skrbin dismissed me with ZERO imaging of any kind and told me to follow up with physical therapy and my PCP. My PCP got an MRI ordered for me which showed a massively herniated disc. The day after the MRI I lost control of my bowel and bladder and reached out to my PCP who told me to go to the emergency room immediately. At the ER I was told I had Cauna Equina Syndrome. Which I know could've been avoided had Dr. Skrbin ordered even a CT scan to diagnose this massively herniated disc I was walking around with for over a WEEK!!! A WEEK! To this day (over a year later) I still struggle with controlling my bowel and bladder. My neurosurgeon told me if after 6 months post op I don't regain function then unfortunately I probably never will. I'm 37 years old and have to wear thick pads 24/7 because of the CES and the lack of care Dr. Skrbin showed me. I have a 2 year old son I can hardly even pick up because of the back pain and bladder issues. Dr. Skrbin has literally ruined my life! My quality of life isn't what it should be because she treated me as a drug seeking patient looking for their next high even though I was crying and begging for imaging to be done. My life will never be the same due to her dismissing me the way she did. I left the ER that night with my pain at a ten and my blood pressure through the roof and she did absolutely nothing to help me. My depression and anxiety are even worse because of her. Just seeing or hearing her name makes me cringe, very angry and full of anxiety. She provided me with the worst care imaginable and my life will never be the same because of her!
