Dr. Sprague always treats me the way she would want to be treated herself. I feel very respected when I have to see her. I never feel like just a number. She spends time with me and I never feel rushed. Her nurse, Jennie is the best and remembers everything about me when I come back. Mike is kind and always respectful of me. Dr. Sprague tells patients to call her Janet, but I think she earned her title. I tell everyone how grateful I am to be to have her as my personal Physician.

Anytime I need an appointment they get me right in--even same day if it is urgent. The office staff In particular I find helpful and friendly. When I call with a question about my prescriptions or lab work the staff always takes the time to answer or send a note to the Doctor. I never feel rushed at my appointment-from the staff that checks me in\out, to the staff that takes my vitals, & seeing the Doctor- everyone is personable, courteous, & willing to help in anyway they can.

The office staff was RUDE!! I was a concerned parent and was left the most disrespectful message by the Doctors husband on my voice mail. Then when I called back, be called me names and hung up on me... COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL ATMOSPHERE!!!
