She has been my dr. For years and always is current in practice and problem solving. She takes my questions and input seriously. She is a blessing!

Dr Rao has been my doc for a bit now and I can’t say enough good things about her. She remembers every detail from things we’ve talked about in previous appointments, she genuinely listens and cares, she relates to you and she never makes you feel rushed or unimportant! She’s simply the best!

Dr. Rao remembers prior discussions and takes the time to hear all your concerns. She provides informed options and listens well to patient questions.

Dr Rao and her staff are without question the best Primary Care/Internal Med physician I have ever had in my 74 years. Dr Rao is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. She takes the time necessary to answer all questions and concerns. She makes you feel as though you are her only patient. Her nurse Chanel is also very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the courtesies both Dr Rao and Chanel extend and I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Rao as my primary care physician; She is excellent!

Had fallen in ice, grazing my head on wooden 4x4 post. Due to major sleet storm, I was unable to seek help until the following Monday. We followed basic rules for dealing with a probable concussion. Dr. Rao followed all protocols, in a concerned professional a manner, Ordered a CT Scan stat to check for possible bleeding and a cracked skull. Luckily results were negative.

Excellent Doctor, kind and intelligent, and she provides exceptional care.

Dr. Rao is a wonderful doctor, however, the service provided in scheduling appointments and testing is horrible. Calls are not returned, mistakes made in scheduling and the lack of concern and urgency for the patient's needs needs major improvement. I don't think Dr. Rao would be pleased with the service provided to her patients.

My children have been a patient of Dr. Rao for many years and I will not change her for anything, she is the most caring and genuinely cares. She takes the time to listen to your concerns.
