Physician seemed unsure of herself. I arrived with a diagnosis already confirmed and just needed medical follow-up. She ordered tests and said we would continue with a treatment plan by phone - but she failed to return calls. I ended up checking and interpreting all my test results on my own, including radiology and immunology reports. Luckily I am a health professional myself so I could interpret my results - but regardless - no followup and no returned calls. Not impressed at all.
