Do Your Research
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Oliver following a mesh removal procedure that left me in debilitating pain. Despite my efforts to advocate for myself, Dr. Oliver and her staff showed little concern for my ongoing suffering. I would often call with urgent questions or concerns, only to wait 24 hours or more for a response, and when I did hear back, there was never any real solution or assistance provided.On several occasions, I requested to see Dr. Oliver directly, but I was told she was booked for several months. Even after an MRI was requested, I was asked to schedule a follow-up with her Nurse Practitioner, who was unable to provide any meaningful help. Throughout this time, I felt ignored and neglected, with no one offering real care or solutions.After months of being almost bedridden and unable to get any answers or relief, I sought out a second opinion. The new doctor reviewed my case, listened to my concerns, and immediately identified the issues. It turns out

Exceptional Caring Doctor
I’ve been working with Dr. Oliver since November, 2020 on diagnosing and resolving very challenging urinary retention issues. She has been amazing in coordinating my care! She has taken the time to listen and understand everything from a patient’s perspective and explain things to me from her perspective. She has always been very professional, is extremely knowledgeable and after two surgeries has displayed how caring she is as a doctor. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with her even though my body hasn’t necessarily cooperated with all the work that she’s done. I would highly recommend Dr. Oliver as I am still working with her to this date!!
