Horrible
I've been a patient for about two years. When I started I had been dismissed by another concierge doctor for being 'too complicated,' as I have many health issues, which is why I'm paying for a concierge doctor. At my initial meeting at Synergy I mentioned this and said I need a doctor who will not do that to me, and with some apparently fake compassion I was guaranteed that they would never do that. Fast forward, and they've been in Boston magazine. The office started getting more chaotic and less organized, my interactions were much less friendly with a few people. Now they are dismissing multiple people with health issues and turning away others. They respond to reviews by saying they don't turn people away for their health issues, but that's simply untrue now. They are moving their practice towards helping healthy people stay healthy. God forbid any of their current patients end up as sick as I am, they will be out a doctor too.

Dr. Pardo is great! She’s a good listener, helps navigate results vs just delivering stats while being warm and genuine. It doesn’t hurt that she’s a part of a medical group that makes access to medical advice on a day to day basis easily accessible and convenient. Overall great experience.
