It’s been almost a month since I went to Dr. Parker for help. Needed a new cpap. Her office has dropped the ball again and again, and they won’t do what they need to do. The supply store is waiting for the doctor’s office to follow through (schedule a home sleep study so insurance will approve the machine), and they just won’t take care of it. I’ve left MULTIPLE messages and have tried to be polite, even though THEY are at fault right now. My next call will not be polite. I need the machine. I’m not sleeping properly, and my heath is suffering because of it. Dr. Parker and her staff do not seem to care or be in ANY hurry WHATSOEVER. No reason I should be still waiting to have the TEST done, when it’s been nearly a month since they tried to order my machine. I’m probably going to schedule an appointment with a different doctor, and watch...I bet I’ll get the machine before I even hear back from Parker’s office.

She should not be in critical care speaking to family members. On two occasions in ICU she was very cold and was not accurate with her statements. She did not consult with my dad's primary physician or read the pathology report before making inaccurate statements. She was speaking very negatively near my dad, who could hear everything. She is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met.

Dr. Parker ordered a PET scan for my mother who has a mass in her lung. She was told he would be called today. NOTHING! My mom is making herself sick over it all. She called them at 3. They said the doctor would call her between 4 and 4:30....NOTHING. They are now closed and my mother is left hanging!!! This is disgusting. I bet if it was her life in the balance she would demand a call and results.

This individual doesn’t deserve to maintain a license to practice medicine on an amoeba! On multiple occasions with various family members hospitalized at Slidell Memorial, she has ordered abrupt medication changes without properly consulting their primary oncologists, pulmonologists, or cardiologists. It seems quite clear that Ms. Parker thinks so highly of herself that from barely glancing at a chart she has more knowledge than true doctors possessing 5 or more years of patient history. -10!

My mom saw this woman for months. She kept diagnosing her with COPD. My mom's symptoms got so bad, we rushed her to the hospital. The hospital's pulmonologist took me to the side and showed me a series of xrays dr. Parker had ordered over the few previous months. An IDIOT could have spotted the lung cancer. The hospital pulmonologist was abhorred. If you love your love one at all, stay clear of this so called "doctor "..

She has a one star rating because negative numbers are not an option. My father put faith in her to care for him and she said he had two "nodes" that she would monitor. He's now dying of cancer that has invaded pretty much all of his organs, including the lungs. This should have been caught sooner.
