The worse doctor ever
Could do better treating his patients with compassion and understanding. I am unsure, but the lack of understanding could be due to ignorance or a lack of experience. Doesn't have full control of his emotions, doesn't have patience. Appointment was rushed. Maybe I'm just being too picky, as I've had prior experience with some of the best. All I know is that this was certainly not that.

She should not be allowed to practice medicine
I went to the ER and they told me I need to see a cardiologist for an incidental finding on an EKG they did. I went to my primary doctor for the referral and she refused to give me the referral to the cardiologist and physically rolled her eyes at me when I insisted I needed to see a specialist. I left her office in tears simply because I was scared something would happen to me as I desperately needed to see a heart specialist to find out what was wrong with me and & refused me access to it. I called my insurance in her parking lot, complained about her and they told me I can request a self-referral with the ER record. I did just that and got to see a cardiologist. After they ran numerous tests, I found that I DO have cardiac problems that 1) have me on 2x daily medicine 2) require me to be under the care of a cardiologist for frequent follow-ups. I was supposed to be in good hands with my doctor. Instead, she called me a 'drama queen,' body shamed me saying my perceived heart issues

BEST DOCTOR!!
Dr. Oganessian Is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. She gives you all of her time and attention, listened to all of my concerns, and was honest and caring. If you’re looking for someone kind who knows their stuff, she’s the real deal.

But despite my open mind, this doctor, and her receptionist, proved to have any regard to the needs of her patient. I’m sure she thinks she’s doing well, and that is exactly the issue.

Staff was not friendly, Doctor didnt listen to my concerns. I have chronic back, jaw and neck pain from a car accident and told her i wanted a referral for therapy or chiropractor and she told me to just take ibeprofen... Also dismissed a lot of my other concerns and was in a hurry, kept trying to leave while i was still talking to her. Also i left my wallet on accident... no one in waiting room... called and turned right around (gone maybe 10 mins) when i got back, $100 bill was missing from my wallet and there was still no one in waiting room and wallet was with the staff...

I’d leave zero stars if that were an option. Dingy, dirty office, hour long wait times, overcrowded and small waiting room with no space to social distance. We’re in the middle of a pandemic in a “hot spot” city, and I had to ask the front desk to make some guy put his mask on. I finally ended up waiting outside. When I finally saw the doctor, she proceeded to go on for 5 minutes about how she thinks masks are unnecessary. Never again. So glad I was only here for a routine physical and nothing serious. Oh, and they require a cash payment for your copay, which I found extremely shady.

I would NEVER recommend her to anyone. I wouldn't take my pets to her. She is by far the worst doctor I have ever gone to. She doesn't listen, she makes random diagnosis, she doesn't read any test results that come in. She pretends that she knows more than anyone. Specifically, I requested 2 (non-narcotic, non-controlled) drugs for symptoms that I have had in the past and she sprouted some things about the medications that were blatantly untrue. I checked with NIH on both. With the COVID 19 drama, I went in with concerns about symptoms, she dismissed me, said that is was the flu. Call her if it got worse, or go to ER. I am not someone who goes to the doctor at all, not a hypochondriac. I went to her 2 times in 2 years. She knows this and still acts like I am drug seeking or something. I am going to look for another doctor after this COVID thing gets resolved. I would rather die than go back to her.

In reading the negative reviews about the office staff, wait time, Dr. J's inability to listen and especially the one who said she kicked someone out of the office because she couldn't make any money off her... these people must have been going to a different doctor's office and seeing someone other than Dr. J. I heard about her from a friend, a very discerning woman whose judgement I trust completely. And when I finally made an appointment, I wasn't disappointed.

Horrible experience. Had to wait three months to see the doctor. She did not listen to my issues at all nor did she address the issues I brought up during the visit.

She is the best Doctor I have ever been to. I would give her 10 stars if it was allowed. She is personable, caring, takes her time with you and very genuine. I went there in extremely excruciating pain in my lower calf. She took me in immediately ahead of her other patients and diagnosed it right away. I went to Encino ER where I was immediately admitted. I had compartment syndrome. If I had waited any longer I could have lost my leg or life. I have her to thank for my life.

Dr. Oganessian is not just a good doctor, but is in the realm of brilliant and great doctors. I have never had a doctor as intuitive and sharp as she is, and since I moved to northern California I have hoped for a doctor to measure up to her. Of course that won't happen, and I have to settle for regular doctors after seeing her. The reason I'm writing this is because I just recommended her to a friend of mine, and my friend said she had some negative reviews. I was astounded, and still am. Dr
