Rushes through appointments; not professional
My daughter saw Dr. Herron for ADHD but did not feel respected by Doctor. Dr. Herron would rush through appointments. Additionally, Dr. Herron misdiagnosed my daughter, and her office overcharged me for numerous visits.

Unprofessional
Telehealth
Freaked out that I didn’t want to continue seeing a therapist that recommended her to me. Once I told her I dropped the therapist, her attitude changed. She is very judgy and on some days has a poor attitude. Seems uneducated on the pharmaceutical side.

She is the best
I’ve been going to Dr Heron for a decade or two. For the past two or so years, she’s been my therapist. She is far and away the best therapist I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. I feel so lucky to have found her.

I have been seeing Dr. Herron for almost a decade. She is an extremely caring doctor. I am lucky to have found her. She has integrity and is always is looking out for my best interest.
