Friendly and efficient staff
Very friendly and efficient staff. Quick check in and very short wait. The visit with Dr Kern was much the same. He is thorough and efficient. He explains things clearly and in detail so you know what is going on and what to expect. Very competent.

A good visit with Dr. Kern
Dr . Kern was very thorough when examining the diabetic ulcer on my toe and treating the area. Additionally, he answered all of my questions with regards to any recommended follow up. I would also like to add that the nurses and assistants in his Anchorage office were very pleasant and were very accommodating.

Dr. Kern review
Dr. Kern was prompt, well spoken and informative. He helped me to understand what was happening in my ankle and what do do to keep on with further recovery and for future well being. He was correct about the timing of recovery and was able to address what was needed for speedy recovery

Dr Kern
I received an appropriate evaluation of my condition, and discussed with Dr. Kern the pros & cons of a remedial procedure. I decided to proceed and was comfortable with Dr. Kern preforming the procedure. Two weeks post surgery the results look promising.

Since he had not seen me in the past, I noticed he reviewed my past visit carefully before launching into healing options. Then the options were laid out in an easy to understand order answering my questions on each. The review with me of an RMI led to me understanding better the healing options. Good patient manner.
