Does not listen to patient and argues with you.
Husband saw Dr. Krugh in the ER after fighting flu symptoms for 3 weeks and continuing to decline. He said 'It's Viral --- my family and I went through it too and it took us a good 10 days before we started feeling better.' It was like he didn't hear a word we said about how long this had been ongoing. He ordered IV fluids, a shot for an upset stomach (which he didn't have, he said he couldn't eat) and a chest x-ray. He never looked in his ears, throat, nose or listened to his lungs. After the IV was done, he came back to ask if was feeling better; and he wasn't any better. So, he gave him an acetaminophen and sent us on our way. Terrible, terrible experience. Go to your PCP instead if you can wait.

Absolutely rude and disrespectful
My father in law was having trouble breathing. He went in to be seen and this doctor barely gave him the time of day. Didn’t seem to take him seriously. The nurse was way more helpful then the doctor was and kinder. If I was having a medical emergency this would be the last provider I would want to see.
