Dr. Jared Moss, MD

My father has been a patient of Dr. Moss’s for YEARS. He finally had surgery to fix a complication in his bladder that has caused reoccurring UTI’s a week ago. This past weekend, my mom had to take him to the ER because he was in debilitating pain and could not use the restroom. After having to leave with pain medication and a catheter, he tried to see Dr. Moss first thing Monday morning. Dr. Moss would not even come to the phone and had the receptionist tell my dad that he can see him Thursday and he will be fine until then. When my dad tried to explain that he will not make it until Thursday the receptionist told him well that’s between you and Dr. Moss. When my dad explained how urgent it is and to please talk to Dr. Moss himself he finally called my dad to tell him that he will be OK and he can’t just fit him in because he has other patients. I would understand if this was a routine matter, but my father is in debilitating pain and cannot move. So disappointed I’m in tears.

Dr. Moss has a very busy practice, to the point the patient is lost! Office personnel are overwhelmed and cannot keep up with his pace. It is almost impossible to get anyone to return your call. Wanted to perform surgery on patient who had infection, even after primary care physician recommended no surgery. Would most definitely not recommend this doctor to anyone.

I called on Thursday August 27th at 2:41 in the afternoon and got a recording of their hours 8-5 asking me to please call back during business hours!! REALLY?

Dr Moss is a great doctor that take the time to explain things to his patients and show compassion in the situation. I have greatly appreciated his knowledge and professionalism since starting to see him for care

I’ve been going to Dr. Moss for 2+ years. He is professional but never “stuffy”. I understand him and he listens to me. I’ve never felt rushed. My condition is chronic and visits are spaced apart. He has always made it easy for me to bring specimens to the office to be checked if I felt like an infection was in it’s early stages. I also love his sense of humor. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. I am also happy with his P.A.

How great to find a doctor, like Dr. Jared Moss, that has a great bedside manner and comes across as caring and compassionate!! Our experience with Dr. Moss was so encouraging to find someone smart and knowledgeable but who can communicate and relate information in a simple and understanding way. Dr. Moss went above and beyond and I could not recommend anyone more highly!!

Went in for a Vasectomy and all I can say it was a total breeze. From checking in, to getting back and being prepped. Not to mention Dr Moss finished in what felt like 5 minutes. Totally exceeded my expectations and recovery went just as well!
