Called with a medical issue, nurse stated she would talk to the doctor and call me back. Never heard from them again.

Unitypoint showed little empathy for my illness.

Dr Terronez cares for our family of 6. We all just love him and how he takes great pride in documenting visits. He listens, researches, calls, follows up & just cares. He talks to my 11 year old like he is 11! He has cared for him since he 1 and I never had any issues getting him in when he needed to be seen. He takes time to explain and asks the right questions. We have had him since he started and would never think about switching. Excellent family practitioner.

I love Dr Terronez. From the very beginning he spent time with me as needed. He helped me find medications that actually worked when I didn’t know that was even an option. He also referred me to a specialist when he knew I needed more specialized care for those problems. I still see him every 6 months and he always touches base on anything I need. He has helped diagnose and treat me to where my life has been changed and I can actually LIVE. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a caring doctor who will listen and help you in every way he can.

I find at every visit, my diagnosis comes straight from a computer program. Dr. Terronez types in symptoms and a diagnosis is made. I feel the doctor could be a lot more personable. At one visit, Doctor Terronez was also overly concerned about a few pounds weight gain on my part, and made no investigation of any health concerns that may have caused it; pamphlets were given to me about losing weight, and I was not counseled on any possible cause.

Dr. Terronez is an excellent person and physician. He is thurough and caring and has an unmatched bed side manner! Additionally, he treats his patients as people rather than problems and goes the extra mile to form relationships! His office environment is comfortable while remaining professional! Absolutely brilliant provider in the QCA.

I went in for a lower back issue and because I am overweight he just referred me to physical therapy to strengthen it. I had informed him of my back having disc bulges, border line canal stenosis, and some degeneration in my lower back that I found out in my 20's. I haven't had anything done since and I'm now 40. Needless to say I didn't go and went to a chiropractor. They did an X-ray which showed several problems I am now getting help for to fix the problem.

His concern and diligence helped detect prostate cancer very early and as a result I have had a miraculous recovery and am cancer free. When I cam back to see him after all my treatment, he gave me a big hug. Not just a dr who treats disease, but one who cares about people.

He is awesome. Always look into what ever I was goin thought. He listen and help me out. He is a great doctor
