Very polite
He spoke to me like a human, there was no patronizing. That is rare. He answer all question and offered additional information. I had hoped to find more pertinent reviews, but the only one I found was quite pointless. So I added mine. Very professional, he was.

Unprofessional
After spending a beautiful Sunday afternoon following a clear liquid diet and then progressing through the painstaking process of "the cleanse" I was awoken at 6:12 am on Monday morning and told that he was "not available " to do the procedure. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Be present or have someone to take your place! If a teacher can't make it to work do they cancel school? No! And this procedure should NOT be canceled either when it entails such intensive preparation!!!
