Waited for 3 hours, staff and the doctor were rude. You would think she would spent a little more time with my sick daughter considering the wait. She said she was going to read up on my daughter's medical records and never came back. What a bedside manner! You should be fired from your own practice. The staff talked openly about us and also skipped up 4 times on purposed.

performs colonoscopy without a true anesthesiologist. her sister who is a nurse not a nurse anesthesiologist perform anesthesiology on me and I woke up in the middle of the colonoscopy.

Dr Jeffers is wonderful. She goes far beyond what most doctors do. She saved my life while I was waiting for colon surgery. I recommend her to everyone.

Have not met the doctor yet, but the staff under her was pleasant and professional who treated me for my pre-procedures before my colonoscopy in 2 weeks.

Worst medical office experience ever! Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and waited over2 1/2 hours to be told that I would only be able to see the Physician Assistant. I had an appointment to see the Doctor, not her PA. Suggested for me to return for other tests and another office visit, I will find a new Doctor that cares about their Patients. Dr. Jeffers had limited communication skills from my prior office visit experience and all the follow up communication and treatment plan comes from discussion with her Staff.

It was the worse experience I’ve had in 53 years with medical professionals. I had complications during the procedure she did not consult my husband. Even after the procedure she said nothing to him or me. Her bedside manners was horrible. After all if this she denied me my medical records.

Not a great experience with the office. While the procedure was okay. However, I am having some problems with some of their procedures. I asked to be advised if my insurance covered the entire procedure, I had to call the office twice and was told that my insurance covered the procedure. I had the procedure and then was slammed with a bill. I was told that they had to perform some other procedure and that explains why. I was NEVER advised of this. The office manager Yvonne hung the phone on me.

Professional.Appreciate that even for an upper GI full sedation not twilight. Dr Jeffers is pleasant and all business. I like that about her. I’ve talked with others who want more “personality”. Honestly, she’s a no nonsense busy doctor.

Dr. Jeffers is a superb GI Specialist. She takes her time to make sure I fully understand her treatment plan. I know that I am in good hands, while under her care.

Dr. Jeffers is very professional and knowledgable. She listened to my concerns and made recommendations based on my specific situation and needs. She was very honest and open about treatment options and didn't try to just give me a prescription to fix my problem. Her staff is extremely pleasant and the office is warm and inviting.

I highly recommend Dr. Jeffers and have been impressed with all her staff. I am so glad I have her as my doctor.

Waited two and half hours to see her (not counting the 20 minutes that I was early for the appointment). She sent me for a scan and still has not gotten back with the results, even after I called about asking for them and it has been days since I called.

Doesn't like patients to ask many questions.

I needed a colonoscopy before I could proceed with treatment for another condition. Dr. Jeffers and her staff went above and beyond in making sure that my treatment would not be delayed any longer than absolutely necessary. Saw Dr. Jeffers for the first time on a Thursday, had the colonoscopy done the following Monday. They also contacted my referring physicians office within 1 hour of my visit to update them. You are treated as an individual person, not just a “patient”! Highly Recommend!!!

Dr Jeffers is an excellent practitioner who commands a top notch endoscopy center. Her professionalism as well as that of her staff shines through on every visit. Her serious concern for the quality of care that she delivers is evident throughout the center coupled with her passion for educating you about your condition. She willingly and honestly answers questions not giving you false reassurance. She adds compassion and understanding to the experience which makes it excell even further.

I would definitely recommend Dr Jeffers! She is professional and very kind. She explains everything in terms you can understand. Her staff are warm and friendly. They called the very next day to enquire about how I was doing.
