Dr. Jasmine Pedroso, MD

I should have written this review a long time ago. My surgery with Dr. Pedroso was in Sept., 2019 and she did a great job, not only because she is a great surgeon but also because she is a very caring Doctor, specialized in OBGYN and pain treatment. I still can not find a doctor in town with her specialty since she left and if you have her, you are very lucky! She put me at ease before the surgery and explained every aspect of it, answered the avalanche of questions I had. She followed up after the surgery to see if I feel ok. I had sharp abdominal pain and she gave me a tiger shot to ease the pain and in general she offered solutions to ensure I feel as good as I possibly can. On my first visit she also listened to my complicated OBGYN history and offered action plan. She is genuinely caring for her patients and takes the time to evaluate the best solutions for them. I highly recommend her to any lady who needs a highly qualified and caring OBGYN. She is simply awesome!

Dr. Pedroso is incredibly kind, patient, gentle. She took her time explaining everything to me and I felt respected and understood. She answered my questions and was very calming, especially since I was so nervous. I appreciated her warm demeanor and she is clearly knowledgeable and skilled. I saw her at Kindbody and I would recommend her to all my friends (I already have, actually).

Dr Pedrosa is very wonderful and helped me through out my trying to conceive journey.

It has only been TWO times that I’ve seen Dr. Pedroso since I began my prenatal treatment in February. I’ve had at least 6 appointments under the impression that I will be seeing her but it’s ALWAYS a different person. A few weeks ago I was told that I would be seeing her “partner” which was an even WORSE experience! This was my first time meeting this woman and it took about 5 minutes from start to finish for her to chat about fashion, how she trained pedroso, check heartbeat, and tell me that I needed to have ANOTHER anatomy scan because the sonographer did not capture everything, which will cost me another $140! I have an anterior placenta that NO ONE mentioned to me after a hand-full of ultrasounds! (Did my own research) Instead keeps rescheduling me for ultrasounds. The communication here is horrible. You also have to prepay for labor and delivery services before you hit 27 weeks. I would never feel comfortable doing such a thing when I don’t even know who I’ll be seeing next.

I had my first prenatal appointment scheduled with Dr. Pedrosa. Her office attempted to reschedule my appointment ON the DAY OF my appointment and left a message to cancel my appointment. I called to complain to the office manager as this was very unprofessional. They ended up rescheduling me anyways but it was a horrible experience, and the doctor was trying to leave early so they were trying to free up her schedule.

It's been a difficult struggle with multiple symptoms and always ending up in ER. Very complex condition and still going through much testing. Dr Pedroso has been such a comfort during my struggles. She showed much compassion at a time when hope was much needed. Hospital didn't run any scan testing but Dr Pedroso immediately ordered one. Found my lung and adrenal gland was inflated. She thinks outside of the box to try and solve health issues. This was the breakthrough that I needed. Thank~you Dr Pedroso for taking the time to care enough to go that extra mile. When I mentioned to my Urologist what she had done, he commented, SMART DOCTOR. There are many doctors in Las Vegas and many are good in their profession. To me Dr Pedroso stands out among her professional peers. Thank~you Dr Pedroso, you are the best !!!!!!

The office waits on 3 occasions were very long 2+ hours after arriving on time for scheduled appointment. Turn and burn type of atmosphere. Traded off a few times to different doctors. If you pick this doctor, in 4 weeks it might be someone else. Doctor vanished when wife was about to deliver. Back up doctor didn't want to show up. I would avoid at almost all cost if you want something personal. If you like DMV style processed healthcare, where your just a number, this is the place for

For over a year Dr. Pedroso was treated me for the wrong thing and kept giving the same medication over and over again and my symptoms would not go away untill I went to see a new Dr. Kirsten Rojas she send me to have all kinds of different test. And found out that Dr. Pedroso was wrong with my diagnosis and treatment I finally feel better thanks to Dr. Rojas.

Jasmine is an excellent physician. She is competent and caring. She takes time to answer all questions asked and is very caring and understanding. I will recommend her to all my friends and relatives. She is fabulous!

I had a hysterectomy and told Dr. Pedroso four different times that I was allergic to Percocet and could take Norco for pain. I was prescribed Percocet. When I got home, I went to sleep and when I woke up, it was after office hours. The answering service said they would give someone the message but I got no call back. For the next three days, I called and the lady answering the phone said I would get a call back but I never did. I finally ended up in ER after four days with no pain medications.

She was very nice and informative. She was even able to squeeze me in for a quick un-scheduled ultrasound to make sure everything was ok with me and baby.

Worst visit of my life! She was in a hurry brushed me off , didn't answer my questions, Rushed out of the room saying she is behind schedule. She even PRESCRIBED THE WRONG MEDICATION!!!!!!!
