Wow. Couldn't ask for better care and service.
Wow. I had no idea this Dr. was actually gonna take the ball in her own hands by taking care of what my neurologist should have a long time ago. I'd been needing an upgrade in my seizure meds for a very long time as the meds I was already taking no longer controlled my seizures. I had trouble with communication and service from my neurologist for a very long time to get this dealt with. So, I figured Dr. Shakelford would just set me an appt up with him instead. Well, surprisingly and unexpectedly, SHE just went on ahead and took care of the upgrade herself. Plus, she went on ahead and found me another neurologist as I told her the one I've been 'seeing' for the past several yrs I've never even met. I didn't ask her to do that for me. Also, it was taking quite awhile for my insurance to approve of the upgrade in meds. I called her office and she somehow was able to get it approved within just 2 days. Her bedside manner is amazing as well! The office staff is awesome and very attentive.

Extremely attentive
Dr. Shackleford was extremely attentive and gave wonderful follow-up with my mother-in-law who was battling multiple heath problems at once. She listened carefully in the visit, asked questions, valued our input, and then called to keep us in the loop as to what was going on after the visit. We sure appreciate her diligence and care!
