She listen and cares for every symptom I have. Give me the best advice I need. If I need medication she gives it to me but always tries to recommend me to have a healthy life style

Should not have a licence. ONLY in it for the MONEY. After being told I was a drug seeker and being ganged up on by a second doctor whom was in the room with out my consent. Why wouldn't anyone be crying? They did not listen to me, lied about my blood work results, and referred me to a substance abuse Psycharist when I was only looking for a rule out for joint pain. FALSE documents were submitted to the insurance company, with disputed diagnosis. "who is here for follow-up of labs and right wrist pain. Patient denies any focal weakness but was tearful due to stress at work and home" Went to Pueblo Family care on 19th avenue and Indian school who is finally caring enough to do the Rule out. Worse experience ever and I would never recommend this office or Dr.

Blah blah blah. Jasmine SRA really cares about her patients and everyone there are super nice. Those negative comments are BS. She and the team are soooooo awfesome. Gina N. I brought my whole family here. She goes out of her way to help you. Get to know the ten, you will see, there are very caring.

Worst experience with a doctor in my life. The office staff was great. No wait to see the doctor and I can understand why.

Was impressed to get into see Dr. Sra the same day I called. She was to call in script at my pharm & get approval for MRI. Thurs was appt. I didn't hear anything by Friday morning. I called, she said they would call in the script. Still didn't. I called Friday afternoon & again on Monday. She got on the phone and said she would do now, which she did. I waited 4 days for that. It has been 8 days, still waiting for MRI approval, even tho Moses said he would call ins. co & me before 4 today.

I was a patient for the better portion of a decade under the prior management. Not once in that time would I have registered a single complaint. Under the new management there is zero work place fluidity what so ever and the patient care and or concern even worse. Needless to say I along with the other seven members of my family have retrieved my medical records in search of a competent medical care facility, I STRONGLY urge you to do the same if you have any concern for extended health care.

Terrible! Front desk run poorly. Specimen given to front desk - then forgotten about. I walked around with pneumonia for days without a callback. Doctor is uninterested in her patients. I will never go back. The only goodness there was Lynaia - when she left the employees call to bait and switch to get you to see Dr. Sra. This is my personal experience. Office has gone down hill in 3 years.

I would like to acknowledge Dr. Jasmine Sra and her staff, I work long hours and it is difficult to take off work to attend to medical issues. Today, I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Sra. Knowing my work situation, Dr. Sra coordinated four different appointments in addition to her own. Dr. Sra is a great doctor. She is compassionate and knowledgeable, cares about her patients. I am very impressed with her. I definitely will be returning to see her, and I recommend her to anyone.
