Dr. Jason Bergman, MD

Disappointed. Once Dr Bergman switched to new medical group my care became rushed, concerns not addressed. Not sure if change to Medicare played into that. Dr Bergman said we only had 15 minutes and I would need to make another appointment to discuss other medical concerns. When I went to schedule the appointments they were three months out. I had no other choice but to seek medical care elsewhere. Front desk staff could use customer skill training.

He needs to learn manners and compassion. Staff are fine but Dr. Bergman should develop some people skills!

My Grandparents were with Dr. Bergman for years. My Grandma absolutely hated him and switch doctors right before she got cancer and passed away. She was very pleased with her decision because her new doctor was very personable and cared. Now my Grandpa has been diagnosed with cancer and he is having severe pain in his lower back/butt area. The cancer center instructed my Grandpa to call Dr. Bergman for a prescription for his pain. He was dismissed and told that Dr. Bergman is releasing him from his care and he will need to go through the cancer doctor to get his pain medication. Nice way to end a long relationship and it just goes to show his true colors as a doctor. Now my grandpa has to be in pain until the cancer doctors can get things straight to get him on a path to no pain. If I had the opportunity to give zero stars I would have!! I sure hope he doesn't have to face the same reality with any of his relatives and if he did, I am sure he would write them a prescription!

Dr. J. Bergman and his staff are wonderful! They go above and beyond to make sure all your medical care and needs are met full force and head on. I started seeing Dr. Bergman November of 2018 for weight loss, I learned so much about nutrition and how everyday life can affect your health. He helped me get to my goal of gastric surgery in June of 2019, I did my fallow up visits after surgery to make sure the rest of my health stayed on track. I was / am so happy with his knowledge and bedside manner I made him my primary care doctor. He tells you like it is there is no sugar coating bull, but he also listens to your thoughts and fears about your health and works out a plan with you to take care of the problem/matter. His staff is great also they all have awesome bedside manners. I can't say enough about how great this office is, I wish I had found it so much sooner.

Rude and Inattentive - New patient at this practice but, I will not be returning.

Dr. Bergman and his staff take a sincere interest in my health. They listen and take time with me.

Dr. Bergman always gives honest and compassionate care. I feel that my concerns are taken seriously and the plan of care fits my needs. I am not prescribed anything I do not need and he gives me great feedback as to how I can improve my health holistically.

As I age, a physician who is attentive to my concerns and questions is much appreciated.

I was very impressed at my new patient appointment. Everyone I encountered was smiling and friendly. I immediately liked his nurse Shelley. Dr. Bergman took much more time with me than I expected, asking questions and really getting to know me. He was very thorough and I can tell this man is incredibly smart! I’ve told several people how great my visit was. Thank you!

Outstanding care and concern for the patient. Dr. Bergman spends the time to know a patient. His support staff is also excellent. Wait time is usually less than 10 minutes. Recommend for all your family needs. Been with Dr. Bergman the last 5 years

His bedside manner is impeccable, he has true concern and compassion for his patients and their heath needs. He answers any question without judgement, ridicule or frustration and is a friendly and caring physician.

I have been seeing Dr. Bergman for several years now. It is easy to get an appointment, they even offer early morning hours (early as 7am) so that I can get in without having to miss work. Dr. Bergman always takes the time to listen to answer all questions and concerns. Dr. Bergman's nurse Shelly is so nice & always does what she says that she will in a timely manner. I have seen Dr. Medlin a time or two & she is just as good at listening as Dr. Bergman. I would absolutely recommend this office.
