disappointing
I wasnt listened to with my complaint, he just dismisssed me and didnt even bother with a physical exam. Very little info provided to me, and I found a few disheartening things out on day of surgery. The Doc didnt even know I had radiation therapy in the past and had to call my friend up to ask if I had (while he was in the OR operating). Lots of poor communication with staff and not replying back to my messages. Very unhappy with results of surgery as well, I was sold an escalade, ended up with a gremelin, im now every bit as much embarrased post surgery as I was pre surgery

Most frustrating experience
Initial appointment went well. Everything since has been disappointing. Procedure rescheduled twice without our say in the matter (rescheduled out two months+ each time). Unable to get a response from anyone, especially Angie the coordinator or Dr. Hedges himself. Terrible communication. Two weeks after the procedure now and we see some results in the MyChart but have yet to get the call to explain results as promised. So much frustration and tears. This is ridiculous. Worst medical experience.

Spent very little, if any, time actually listening to my concerns, but rather going through a list of treatments available, which I already knew from the web, and a prescription, I could have gotten from my primary care physician at a fraction of the office call. In short it was more monologue than discussion. The only assessment, other than a pre-visit form I filled out, was by his assistant checked my blood pressure and temperature.
