Disappointing ER physician - poor bedside manner
I had the unfortunate experience of being treated by Dr. Jason Long years ago in the ER at Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. While he may be a competent physician, his bedside manner was severely lacking. I understand that being an emergency room physician is a difficult and stressful job, but even so, it's crucial for ER doctors to show compassion and patience toward every single patient - most of whom show up to the ER very sick and scared. That's not what Dr. Jason Long exhibited toward me when I was his patient, and I'll never forget it. I truly hope our paths never cross again.
