Dr. Jason Macias, DO

Dr Macias is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He listens to what I have to say, and I never feel rushed. He is the best doctor I have ever had!

Dr. Macias and Tracy in his staff, made me feel very comfortable, they paid attention and took ownership of everything that I said, and they are acting consequently. They are keeping contact and already taking all the necessary steps to address all the matters that I explained during my visit. I am very happy with this, my first visit.

Dr Macias has been my Dr for about 5 years he is wonderful Dr one thing I am proud of him he was right there for me while I was fighting covid one thing for sure he is a very caring Dr , friendly , big smile very professional , main thing I like I have never sit in waiting room longer than 20 minutes before I see him ,and the staff is great , everything very organized.

Dr. Macias is the best primary care Dr. I have ever had. He is very professional and has a great bedside manner. He listens to his patients and is very sincere. His office staff is top notch. They are always kind and caring. They return calls the same day.

Initially I was pleased with Dr Macias, as a diabetic patient I felt that I was receiving good care. At an appointment with my back dr. we were discussing possible neuropathy in my feand he asked if my primary dr. was checking my feet, I had to say NO! I sent a message through MyChart asking why he didn’t stating Dr Smith did. I had also sent questions through MyChart regarding some blood work results. The last message I sent was about some irregular BP readings, when they contacted me after several days, they blamed me for the method I chose to contact them. His nurse even made a comment that “Maybe I wasn’t happy with him anymore, to which I replied that was not the case! Then Dr Macias had his office manager call me and tell me once again that this might not be a good fit, even after I tried to explain my side of the story, but was told I would need to find another doctor. My opinion is that Dr Macias does not want to be questioned about his practices or any procedures.

He is a wonderful doctor. I transitioned from Dr. Smith, who retired and I loved, and Dr. Macias has filled his shoes.

Dr. Macias is a Dr. who is truly involved in his patients well being. He and his staff after taking over for the previous Dr. there really excelled in the care I have received. First Rate if not higher in my opinion.
