I always have a ton of questions for my healthcare providers and after a recent major medical trauma, I had a lot of questions and a lot of anxiety. Dr. Machlis saw me in the hospital and has continued to treat me afterward. He is the most patient, caring doctor. He always takes his time to answer all my questions and ensure I know the way forward. He has put me at ease through an anxiety-ridden medical roller coaster. I’m grateful for him and his care for me.

DIDN'T GET A CHANCE TO HAVE A VISIT! RUDE NURSE NAMED SHISTA KEPT HANGING UP ON ME SAID TO MAKE APPOINTMENT SAID DOCTOR HASN'T SEEN ME IN 2 YRS WHEN I'M A NEW PATIENT. SPOKE OVER ME HUNG UP ON ME EACH TIME! WANTED A CALL BACK FROM DOCTOR WOULD NOT ALLOW ME NO ONE WOULD CONNECT ME TO MAKE AN APPT. ORIGINALLY DONE YVONNA! NO TRANSFER TO DO SO AND KEPT GETTING CALLBACKS WITH SAME RANT FROM SHISTA NURSE WHY I DON'T KNOW! CONVOLUTED MY COMPLAINT TO SPEAK WITH DOCTOR OR MANAGER NKA MARYBETH...SEEMS MORE UNINTELLIGIBLE EACH TIME I CALLED! IF A NURSE BEHAVES AS SUCH IT'S FRIGHTENING AND MANAGERS I BELIEVE MY LIFE WOULD HAVE BEEN IN JEOPARDY IF THIS IS WHAT A DOCTOR SUPPOSED TO BE SO 'NICE' HIRES A STAFF THICK AS THIEVES TO DEPRIVE ME TO SPEAK TO A DOCTOR FOR MY CANCER FOLLOWUPS! TOLD ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! WHAT IS SAY IS THE TRUTH AND I HAVE NO REASON TO REVIEW THIS CONDUCT 100%! ENTITLED STAFF TO TAKE PATIENTS HEALTH WITH NO REGARD FOR LIFE ARE DANGEROUS AND SHOULD BE REPLACED!
