Dr. Jason Norcross, MD

I have been seeing Dr Jason Norcross for the past few years - since I moved to HHI. His advice and care have been top notch. Finally we decided a new knee was needed and it was done this past week. Since the surgery he has been readily available for question's etc and has given me his expert but down to earth help. Highly recommended. Jane Oravec.

Dr. Norcross replaced both my hips. He is an excellent surgeon and is highly esteemed by his patients and his staff.

Dr Norcross performed a total right hip replacement on me I the spring of 2000. I could not have asked for a more favorable result than what I experienced. His attention to detail and patient satisfaction was so rewarding to me, I could not have asked for more professional surgeon. I understand Dr. Norcross is moving to Hilton Head SC and I have advised him that I as a Patient will contact him personally for any future surgical needs, I believe in his surgical skills so strongly, and would recommend him to any patient.

Just from talking with him, l would say he is a very knowledgeable and friendly professional. He is moving to a new practice about 5 hrs from Hickory and when it becomes time to do my surgery, I will drive down to his new office to have it preformed. Trust is everything.

reviews just now I first saw Dr. Jason Norcross in June of 2020 in regard to scheduling knee replacement surgery. I had been in constant pain due to bone on bone arthritic left and right knees. The pain in my left was much more excruciating so once hospitals and surgery centers were reopened due to the COVID-19 lockdowns I sought out Dr. Norcross. Dr. Norcross is professional, compassionate and takes time to listen and explain in great detail. He is Board Certified and Fellowship trained in hip and knee replacement. His skill exceeds all others in Western North Carolina with robotic NAVIO guided replacement. I had my left knee replaced with a 30 year knee implant on July 6. On July 7 I was on my bike/ trainer making full rotations. I just had my left knee replaced yesterday and so far couldn’t be more pleased. Having my left knee replaced gave me my life back. I have to say Dr. Norcross is the Best! He will be moving his practice in Nov. to Hilton Head SC believe me worth the trip.

Dr. Norcoss makes you feel comfortable. He is friendly and answers your questions. I liked him very much.

Very patient friendly and easy to understand

I had a total knee replacement and I would recommend Dr. Jason Norcross to anyone. I had few problems with scar tissue and swelling but with time and lots of physical therapy I am doing well.

I had an initial consultation for complex hip replacement with Dr. Norcross. I liked everything about him, his staff and the office. I will be getting the surgery ASAP.

Hip pain for 9 months. Dr Norcross determined I had a bone spur and arthritis. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Now taking steps to manage and hopefully eliminate the pain altogether. Very satisfied.
