Very clean organized office setting. Dr Potocki was very knowledgeable and displayed much care for my situation and layed out a clean common sense plan of care.

Dr. Potocki listens to the patient and responds in a way you can understand.

After a quite painful week of back spasms with very little relief, Dr. Potocki worked with my P-T to arrange for a 'very short notice' x-ray and consult. New meds now; things are on the upswing.

Dr. Potocki was very polite, listened carefully and took the time to fully explain my possible problem and what approach he is using going forward.

He listened. He explained what was going on and gave me a good plan going forward. He reassured me about the ease of a procedure. All in all, I couldn’t be happier with my care.

I didn’t feel he wasn’t prepared to discuss our appointment. He admitted not having his “readers” to review images from X-ray just taken—Those images (to me) were cloudy and too soft and confusing to determine any additional compression fractures after my recent car accident—to Dr. Potocki, it was just a mere random guess. It was a waist of time and money. My husband Jim had X-rays done same time and day—Jim’s doctor was Tyler, his X-rays were strong images and specific to Jim’s spine — no confusion with other areas other than the spine. As I sat in on Jim’s review — His discussion with Tyler was so thorough and detailed —more, what I should have heard from Dr. Potocki, specific go my case.— I won’t be back.

He listens intently, very thorough with his neurological exam, probably the most thorough I have had.

After having my pain blown off by previous providers, I was ecstatic to find Dr. Potocki. During my first visit, he listened and asked questions and ordered the necessary test. During my follow up visit, he not only validated my pain and my concerns, but he was able to share that he had found the source of my pain. Many surgeons will immediately jump to surgery, but not Dr. Potocki... he started that he's not able to give me the needed treatment and provided me with a referral to another doctor for a far less invasive procedure. Highly recommend Dr. Potocki!

After being tossed through the system with a couple of orthopedic doctors, I happily landed in the care of Dr. Potocki. He shook my hand upon entering, a quality manner that I believe in. He was able to pinpoint my problem, and gave me options to go forward with a plan instead of telling me what to do. He didn't say anything that felt belittling or dismissive of what I've been experiencing, which is a common problem for people my age in their 30s who see bone and joint doctors. He listened to what I had to say regarding my choice and encouraged me to believe I made the right decision. You could tell he was happy to help and it made my day brighter. Very respectful and professional seeming person.

I have never had my pain dismissed so quickly. This doctor did not even write a letter for help with work needs to help me at least function. I was not even shown all of my x-rays. Complete waste of time and over $600. If you need help of any kind, do not go to SPO.

Dr Potocki listened carefully to my history as well as guided me through my available treatments and scheduled additional tests and scans to determine best plan of action. Thank you Dr Potocki!

Jason is a man who does NOT own up to his legit mistakes, is guilty of inhumane suffering to cover his rear, his resolve when he realizes just HOW BAD he made a mistake is to attempt to convince a patient to have MORE damage done to them in an attempt to put the negligence onto another human being. Then after all that good luck getting help fighting a hospital and a surgeon who made grave mistake, good luck your life will be OVER. Run and I mean run from this horrible human being and surgeon.
