I took my daughter to the urgent care for Westshore in Avon and Dr. Ridgel saw her. I liked that he was conservative in terms of prescribing medications. He listened to my concerns and provided some ideas to isolate the source of my daughter's illness..

I established care with Dr. Ridgel after reading his good reviews. He was able to answer questions about issues I'd been having with my shoulder without referring me to an expensive specialist. He sent me to have x-rays completed (which took place directly after my appointment at a place next door), and then called me around seven o'clock to give me the results. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about general practice. He's affiliated with a group of doctors so you'll never be without care.
