No regard for patient care
I have made multiple calls, but there has been no follow-up from this clinic or the healthcare provider (HCP). My father is experiencing the same issues that other poor reviews have mentioned. He was prescribed a shot to treat his osteopenia, but the Prior Authorization was denied, and the clinic has not provided an alternative course of treatment. Although the staff is friendly when contacted, the follow-up is extremely slow and requires multiple calls to get a response.

My wife had an appointment with Dr Taylor months and months ago. They were supposed to get back with here about a shot that she was due. It has probably been 5-6 months with NO CALLS. I have lost count of how many times that she has left messages with no return calls. She has called and left numerous calls for Dr Taylor's nurse and never heard from anyone. She even talked with someone else in the office, that was very nice, and she emailed the message to the nurse with an URGENT response. NOTHING! CRICKETS! I certainly would not recommend this office to anyone!

NEVER
I FOUND HIM TO BE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAD TO WAIT 2 HOURS IN THE WAITING ROOM JUST TO BE TOLD HE DID NOT WANT TO TREAT ME - THIS WAS MY SECOND VISIT. THE FIRST ONE WAS A LITTLE BETTER. I THINK HIS STAFF SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME BEFORE HAND. SO I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO WASTE MY TIME

Amazing Rheumatologist
I absolutely adore him. He is very personable and professional and cares about his patients. When he moved from Meridian to Jackson because Meridian closed their rheumatology department I followed him. It is worth making the hour and a half drive. I honestly don't know what kind of shape I would be in of it wasn't for him. His nurse is the best I've seen ever. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor to anyone looking for a rheumatologist.
