Post Vaccine, my elderly father had an eczema and rosacea outbreak. The first dermatologist he saw had trouble diagnosing the problem and kept scolding him for using over the counter products. He refused to see her anymore after which we visited Dr. Waldinger. To say, he is AWESOME is an understatement. Great bedside manner and very caring - got to the crux of the problem within minutes. Every appointment with him was exactly on-time and he proceeded with the utmost efficiency. An exceptional physician who I would recommend a 1000 times over...wish we could clone him for every specialty.

Worse possible work ethics canceled my appointment without prior notice. They have 13 minutes grace period. For Virtual appointment, I showed up 5 minutes late and he did not even come online. His medical assistant Armeen was so impolite and rude. Not only she was laking courtesy but also laking costumer service. she constantly over talk and treated me as I am her subordinate.

Dr. Waldinger was excellent! Had some concerning spots & had not been seen by a dermatologist for over 10 years - went to see him & he put my mind at ease. He was recommended to me by another Dr. in the Northshore system who said he was very serious, professional, and smart - & after seeing him, I agree. Will not wait so long this time - plan to do annual checks. Just wish he were a bit closer - but worth the drive!

He's very patient. Spends time listening to you and then gives very detailed answers. He's not rushing out the door when he asks, at the end of the appointment, if you have any additional questions. His staff is pretty awesome also!
