Dr. Williams is confident in hos work, however scams patients with unfair billing practices. His office will give you a cost estimate and tell you they are in network with the insurance provider prior to the procedure, estimate your cost, you will pay and settle with billing company only to receive additional payment request as the doctor refuses to accept in network charges. So if you want surprise billing and your cost going from $300 as estimated to $2500, use these services. As a professional he does good work, just has unreasonable billing practices burdening patients.

He will definitely help your back, but I don't think he does what he says he will do. His post operative care is very poor. The only time you will see or talk to him is the day of your surgery. If you ask any questions about your surgery, you will get a nurse that will send you the "transcript" of the operation, which might as well be written in Greek, as I couldn't understand the majority of it. I asked a simply question, which was "Out of the five buldging discs, did you fix all five"?
