Refused to treat my back pain because pain was not radiating down my leg. Gave me some muscle relaxants that did nothing. Referred to pt, which did nothing. Wasted my time.

Dr Joshi examined me, listened patiently, asked all the necessary questions and explained all the options to help me with my lower back and leg pain. Dr. Joshi is very knowledgeable, compassionate and he is a great human being. He literally moved everything around to get me the fastest appointment for the so needed pain injection. I made an appointment with over a month in advance as I belong to the hospital network. I live upstate NY, traveling 2.5 hrs to see him. Unfortunately, for me there was trouble with my insurance and there was NOT one person in the practice willing to help me. I asked to speak to Dr. Joshi to make him aware of my exp. But, he REFUSED to see me, even though I was the next patient for him to see. NO ACCOUNTABILITY or COMPASSION HERE.There are way to many specialist in this area to settle for the treatment I received. If I could give them zero stars I would.
