Disappointing Staff
I had a very traumatic experience this morning. I arrived for my scheduled procedure that had been scheduled a month before. At that time I was given an informational packet that did NOT include a certain medication I was supposed to stop taking 7 days prior to the procedure. Apparently, the updated patient forms are in “transition” and a few minutes before the procedure, I was informed that it had to be rescheduled. While the new guidelines regarding medications are being established, why wasn’t I informed via phone call of this addition?? No amount of apologies can compensate for the pre-procedure stress and anxiety, time taken from work and transportation expense. There is a total lack of efficiency on the part of administration that’s in charge of forms and to make sure that patients are provided with updated information. I’m very disappointed, to say the least.

Don't give his stuff your credit card number!
Telehealth
I had a Telehealth appointment. Scheduled for months. They couldn't get the Telehealth to work. So the doctor came on the phone he asked me three questions and told me to read the directions on the medication that his staff would be calling in. That 2 minute conversation ended up costing me $150 that was charged my credit card without my permission. Since then my insurance is confirmed that I should have only been charged $100.51. The staff refuses to give me a refund, return my calls, or give me a bill for what they charged me for. This has been going on for months now. Whatever you do do not give the stuff your credit card number under any circumstances. As for the procedure the doctor was very gentle and very nice the 3 minutes I spoke to him after the procedure. But I would not recommend his office because this has been a huge headache.

Outstanding Medical Provider
Dr. Jatinder Sekhon is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced gastroenterologist, and is an outstanding medical provider. His diagnoses of medical conditions are spot on. A nightmare of an experience.
Scheduled me for an afternoon telehealth appointment but never sent me any further details or zoom link. When I called their office to ask, I get redirected to a call center instead and told that everyone was out to lunch, and there was nothing they could do. What kind of a practice schedules appointments during lunch breaks?? Finally 15 minutes after our scheduled time I was able to get the telehealth meeting link, but no apologies for the mess up or time wasted. As for Dr. Jatinder, he is one of the most apathetic doctors I've met. Didn't care about my concerns and when I asked questions he was dismissive. Very much in line with the whole couldn't-care-less attitude of the entire office. The cherry on top of all this is getting their bill. Of course they don't have an online payment system and requires me mailing my credit card information back. It's like their goal is just to make the whole experience miserable for patients.

Very disappointing experience and quality of service. The first and the ONLY video visit lasted 2 minutes. I was referred to this doctor by my physician to treat the disease. During the video appointment, which I was charged for IN ADVANCE over the phone, doctor Sekhon mentioned that he would review the tests and imaging. It has been three weeks and I have not received any direction in regard to the treatment. Note that this is A DISEASE we are talking about. It is impossible to communicate with this Dr. and his disorganized staff. Their billing department also screwed up by NOT submitting my claim to insurance. I had to call repeatedly to get the billing issue straightened out. Even after the claim was filed with the insurance, the amount did not reflect what I paid to the Dr. Office. Overall, the practices of this office are shady and low quality. Do not waste your time, effort, and money and go elsewhere.

I couldn't get an emergency visit with pain due a large stone in the gall bladder. Receptionist Amy told me that the doctor goes on vacation in 2 weeks and he is completely booked up for these 2 weeks. After that I asked to give me at least an order for an ultrasound test. I called every day and I have been told by receptionist Amy that they would call me themselves so that I don't have to call them again and again. I was waited for a response from the doctor from Tuesday to Friday - NOBODY bother to call back. On Friday I called back myself again I was told by receptionist Amy that doctor left me a message that he will not give me ultrasound now. What a mess! I WAS a follow up patient and NEVER go to this doctor again.

A growing concern in this country is the quality of healthcare within that is the time spent with patients . I arrived to see this physician on time after waiting 1.5 months for an appointment . I was informed by the reception staff (after inquiring)that he is running slightly behind with 1 person in front of me. 5 minutes later the patient before me is called back to be triaged and placed in a room. 10 minutes later, I am called back. I sat in the room for 25-30 minutes at which time I ackno
